1. Your order
When you place an order we send an email acknowledging it. A contract is formed when we dispatch your order. If we can't accept your order (for example because of a pricing error or content we can't print), we will tell you and refund you in full.
2. Personalisation
Please check names, messages, dates and photos carefully before ordering: we print exactly what you enter. You must have the right to use any photo or text you upload, and it must not be unlawful, offensive or infringe anyone else's rights. We may refuse to print content we consider unsuitable and will refund you if so.
3. Prices and payment
Prices are in pounds sterling and include VAT. Delivery is charged as shown at checkout. Payment is taken when you place your order.
4. Delivery
We deliver to UK addresses only. Delivery options, prices and dispatch times are on our Shipping & Returns page and at checkout. Delivery times are Royal Mail's estimates, not guarantees, except where a guaranteed service is chosen.
5. Cancellations and returns
Personalised items: cards and other items made to your specification or personalised with names, messages or photos cannot be cancelled or returned for a change of mind once production has started. This does not affect your rights if an item is faulty, damaged or not as described.
Non-personalised items: you may cancel within 14 days of receiving your item by contacting us, then return it within a further 14 days, unused and in its original condition. We refund the price and the standard delivery charge you paid; you pay the cost of returning a change-of-mind item.
Faulty, damaged or incorrect items: contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo, and we will reprint or refund it, including delivery. Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are not affected.
6. Our liability
We are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care. We are not responsible for loss that was not foreseeable, or for business losses. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
7. Privacy
We use your personal information as described in our Privacy Policy.
8. Law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you may also bring proceedings in your local courts.
