Description
Know someone who supports Sunderland AFC? This personalised birthday card is made for them. We print their name and age on the front so it's theirs alone. Six-time English champions, with the last title in 1936.
Personalised Sunderland AFC football birthday card
Pick A6, A5 or A4, type in a name and age where the design needs one, and tell us if you'd like us to print a message inside. Where the design takes a photo, just upload one on this page and we do the rest. Everything you type is printed exactly as you enter it, so do check spelling before you order.
